「Well on line the total was 1158.30 including fees due at the property but when we got there the total was 1218.30 and they said that I have already checked in, so I had to show a confirmation number so I asked did they show a confirmation number and they did not. So I’ll probably not use this hotel again」

「We stayed for 4 nights and there was no housekeeping at all. I even called for items that we needed and complained about no service, they said they'd send someone up. . . I found a bag thrown in the middle of the room with some of what I asked for but still no service. The common areas were clean though.」
