"The house and location were fantastic. The kitchen, laundry, and bedroom amenities were well stocked and very clean. The location was a few miles drive from downtown Williamsburg. We were able to visit Jamestown, Yorktown, and colonial Williamsburg within a 15 minute drive. We texted the owners a couple times for recommendations on restaurants and they provided a response within minutes. All great recommendations. There is a lot of great restaurant choices nearby. We would stay here again!"

"Jeff's place is absolutely stunning! It's cleaner than places that don't allow dogs and is very well furnished. At the time we stayed there was no internet or television but seriously, you won't miss those. When you drive in you're not just pulling up from the road into a driveway, you're driving onto a small resort - through a gate that's well off the main road, past what looked like a boat house, around a roundabout, past a pole shed (game house), through a larger parking lot into the smaller lot in front of the house. The beach front is more than large enough, I think 500 ft, but because of the shape of the coast line and the distance to the surrounding neighbor's piers you visually have hundreds of yards. Unlike many places whose photos hide houses just outside of the shot, you won't see the neighbors, not by a long shot. But knowing they are there is good - waved at a couple during our walks off the property (the only time in the week we were there that we left the property). A good stay, I can't say enough!"

"My family really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well stocked with supplies. The large fenced in yard was awesome. We brought our small dog and she enjoyed running around the yard. The house was roomy for the eight of us!The short ferry boat ride to Jamestown and Williamsburg was great and the children enjoyed it.The host was quick to respond to any questions or requests.Overall, we enjoyed our stay here!"
