「El hotel está ubicado en el marco de la plaza, todas las instalaciones, habitaciones, y detalles de decoración lo hacen encantador, fue más de lo que imaginábamos encontrar. El desayuno estuvo muy bien, y tienen buen café! Punto muy a favor. El personal en general muy amable. Definitivamente a este hotel volvería sin dudarlo. Solo para tener en cuenta: entre el 12 y 17 de julio hay fiestas en Villa de Leyva, por lo cual no pudimos apreciar la belleza de la plaza, estaba lleno de muestra...

「Terrible experience. The room was super dirty, the bathroom was completely nasty. No warm water until I went down for it for 3 times and then it still took 2 hours. Breakfast was to cry about; dirty kitchen, almost expired food. The lady working the kitchen was the only friendly staff member. Check-in was really uncomfortable as they made it seem we were bothering and inconvenient. Overall a really really bad experience. 」
