“Good communication, price, and beautiful lake views. New appliances and an updated, large kitchen with a huge island, which is a nice feature. Overall, though, the place could use some work. The upgrades are “landlord special” style. The couches are not comfortable or spacious, and the house lacks a dining table so the only option is the island and doesn’t work well even for two couples. The place is also completely tiled (on the older side w some cracks) with no rugs anywhere, which makes the……

“The house is perfect for a foursome buddy trip and Patrick was great to work with. Next time (and there definitely will be a next time!) we'll be utilizing the bbq and stocking the house with meats and produce from their Farm across the street. Couldn't have asked for more including the refrigerator full of IPA's! Now if we just played better on the course.......lol”
