"We stayed at Little Rushbrook cottages while visiting an event at the NEC, which was about 14 miles away. Checking in was very easy, parking was right outside the front door and the cottage was clean warm and comfortable, situated in a peaceful rural setting but still close to the city. We particularly liked the breakfast basket provided. it would have been nice to meet the owners and explore the area a bit more, but maybe next time. "

"We had such a wonderful stay at Poppy's Barn. The property was exactly what we were looking for - beautiful setting, very comfortable, quiet & welcoming. My daughter spent ages enjoying the grounds, building special places for the fairies to visit. The host was absolutely lovely - I hope we are able to stay here again someday. Highly recommend!"

"Stayed over the Easter weekend. Lots in the local area to do, lovely walks and pubs. House is a great size, really good for older kids to stretch out in."

"We stayed here for a family trip and had the best time! It was a perfect house for the large group of us. One of the owners Phil met us upon arrival and was super helpful walking us through the house and providing us with helpful information about the property and surrounding area. We had young children with us and there was plenty of activities/toys available for them to use as well as lovely grounds to explore!"

"A charming, cosy cottage with all required for a stress free short break. Very dog friendly. Situated on a beautiful farm amidst rolling countryside with easy access to facilities in the area. Ideal for me and my dog so hope to be able to stay again at some point. Owner helpful and friendly."

"Gym basic - just home kit really - but better than most hotel gyms despite that, and the pool was swimmable in early March despite not been up to the temp the owners aim for (but don't expect until April). Lovely property and location, was there for work but would return for holiday!"

"We had such an amazing stay at ‘the cottage’! We started as 4 and finished as 13 plus a couple of dogs…. The grounds and house are beautiful. Paul is the best host. If you’re looking for a house that’s brilliant enough to enjoy all together but also big enough to take yourself off if you need some space this is perfect!
