"Ski in ski out 不合格， 房間沒有熱氣"

"花15000元住含溫泉在房內的行政套房 但房間大小有一點沒有那麼如期待的大（個人感受） 冬天去，房間有暖氣很棒，但感覺過熱的時候也沒辦法改開冷氣，單純關掉暖氣房間還是悶到感覺人快昏倒，需要開窗才能透一口氣 客廳區燈光稍嫌不足，偏暗 廁所燈有時候會打不開，切了好幾次開關也一樣，半夜想上廁所結果沒燈，有一點恐怖 除了這些其他都很棒 工作人員服務很熱情，也很熱心 俱樂部房型可以使用的吧台也很厲害，有生啤、飯店特製雞尾酒、氣泡酒等可以喝，還有配酒的起司、草莓奶酪、小餅乾、肉乾可以享用 晚餐及早餐也都很不錯，現煮的東西很多，也都蠻有特色的 只是為了區隔開俱樂部房型的客人，用餐時是特地引導到較後方的位置用餐，雖然那一個用餐環境是真的很不錯，但離餐台蠻遠的，每次拿餐都要走好遠，能改善的話就近乎完美了 "

"房間整齊乾淨，有大浴缸可以泡澡，也有公區域可以休息看窗景。窗外可以直接看到洞爺湖景色非常漂亮。另外預約飯店接駁也很親切又方便，還沒到check-in時間，也有服務我們載到溫泉街，行李直接送到飯店。服務很周到。"

"以日本標準，個別職員是沒禮貌的。在日本餐廳用膳時前台服務員十分不友善，以命令的口吻叫我們坐下等待。"

"I like the two room design, with independent shower rooms. Love the kitchen and the living room, very comfortable. The biggest selling point of the very expensive room rate was the view of Mt. Yotei. But there's a high rise building standing in the very middle of the view, blocking almost 40% of Mt. Yotei view from our room. The room rate was not worth it. Also soundproof was bad too. I could hear clearly how loud the people on the street were at 1am."

"飯店偏老舊，整體還算乾淨，房間都是湖景房非常漂亮，晚餐早餐中規中矩還行，庭院及公共區域相較其他飯店可能輸滿多的，如果價錢差不多可以考慮其他間"

"This is not the traditional type of big, luxurious Japanese onsen hotel but it’s new, relaxing, airy and chic. In room bath is great with amazing view from the room. Food (Japanese western fusion) is good and staff is friendly and helpful. There is a noodle bar which opens until late and is impressive for a hotel of this scale. The overall design is modern and chill. It’s a good place for urban getaway. The neighborhood is very quiet too. Outdoor onsen water is not hot enough which is worth improving. There is a notice which says that the bath may not be hot enough because of the cold temperature but winter around Lake Toya has always been like this so it’s not a good excuse. "
