The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are a bit tired and need general maintenance, such as some lights weren't working. The breakfast was very basic. The swimming pool was lovely.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. They would come out to help with our luggage each time we get in and out. The swimming pool was a bonus as we had grandkids who love water. Room service to change linen and towels every second day. Rooms were reasonably clean.

This is a great property with much potential. Unfortunately the staff at the front desk weren't very friendly. The cook and his wife were great and housekeepers were friendly. Pool was awesome. Quiet room and nice kitchen. Great balcony overlooking mangrove.

The place is surprisingly good. Hidden away from the busy roads and public noise. I enjoyed my stay, the family room catered well for my needs with the three beds as friends came to sleep over for a night each. Very clean and good sitting place outside beside the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. Secure place with a night security there opening and closing gate very late at night. Will book there again next time.

Was ok for the price. Kids loved the pool but were dissapointed when we were advised they could not swim when it was raining?? Wifi charge was per device... Room fairly clean. Note in the room asking guests to clean any utensils before leaving so that they are clean for future guests (not really set up in the room to wash dishes....) glad we did not use they utensils or cups after reading that. We did not use their cafe/bistro - not sure that it was actually open.

The accomodation was perfect however it is one of the staff members that truly ruined my experience of Tagimoucia- the Indian guy at reception is rude. He is egotistical & when he is asked questions about what is permitted & what isn’t permitted he replies in a condescending tone. He is bossy about people coming & going at Tagimoucia. He ruins the peaceful & welcoming vibes of the accommodation. The housekeeping staff were amazing, making sure to get all bed sheets changed & fresh towels were provided at all times. I stayed for about 3 weeks at the property as it was convenient. It was only a walking distance to the shopping plaza & I could get on the public transport which was a bonus as I wanted to experience the local life.

Pros ,clean tidy property well presented with nice garden. Working staff Cons , poor service ,tv not working request to attend to it was not acted upon not even a feed back by management . No wifi provided , 3 day stay room was not cleaned Intruder tried to break into the room at 1 am , I don't see any cctv for safety of the guests What looked like the owners doing visits didn't even greet Guests with a Hello.

The swimming pool is full of black water. The bar is closed. The restaurant is closed, there is no food. The room was clean and was serviced nicely every 2 days so I stayed the full time, at least somewhere to shower and sleep.

Your website dus there is a restaurant and there is not. You advertise that ist 1pm check in, but I was told it’s 2pm. The pool was dirty and not maintained. This was clearly false advertising and I’m very disappointed.
