「工作人員很親切」

「Very charming ryokan! Stayed with our older children and wished we had more time here. The staff were above and beyond helpful when my teenager left a number of items behind - thank you! The lounge was a nice space to relax in and enjoy the complimentary tea/coffee in the morning and evening. Located on a picturesque street, with a lot of food/shopping nearby and it was an easy walk from the train station. 「A really old-fashioned Japanese onsen experience like nothing else. We ate in the Japanese restaurant one night and French the other evening. The food was fantastic. Rooms were comfortable but old fashioned. I would highly recommend the room with a private onsen - we saw tanuke (Japanese raccoon dogs) approach whilst we were bathing which was a really special experience. We hiked to the ridge (5 hours return) through a beautiful forest.」

「禁煙室なのに煙草臭い匂いがするのが気になりました。 食事で豆乳茶碗蒸しがありましたが普通の茶碗蒸しの方が良いように思いました。 お味噌汁を鍋で固形燃料で温める方式でしたが、ぬるくしか温まらないので方式を変更した方が良いと思いました。 スタッフは親切でした。」
