"The Arte Hotel was a really pleasant surprise. Well appointed with nice modern artworks on the walls. The staff spoke good English & were so happy & helpful. We asked for a restaurant recommendation within walking distance & were directed to a great Korean BBQ restaurant about 10mins walk away. The room was spacious & spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds & sitting space.We were especially grateful for the valet parking & prompt retrieval of our car. I would stay here again & although the area is a little colourful the Arte Hotel is a cut above. Will recommend to other travellers. "

"The staff went above and beyond help me from getting my taxis, explaining the subway system, having creamer brought to my room for my coffee, taking a photo of me, printing my boarding passes, writing my name in Korean, to cutting the tags of my clothes. The breakfast was amazing, too. "
