“We had a wonderful stay! It was quiet and clean. Staff was very helpful and kind. Kids loved the pool. Close to everything- beach, food and shopping.”

“The room was far from what was represented from Expedia photos. The first night the TV was not working. Trying to reach "front desk" it was none on duty and the suggestion we got from the automated system was to call 911. The day after, someone was at the front desk that we visited in person a young man (he was nice) come to replace the TV set by a working one. The room was about the size of a jail cell, the bathtub drain was extremely slow, and you can see the ocean by a side windows and……

“The pool water was murky/dirty upon check in on July 3. A sign stated that the pool would be inspected on July 15. It should have been repaired prior to the July 4th holiday! There has been a great change from last year's owners. We have stayed there several years in a row and the pool was clean. The breakfast hours have been reduced from 7 am to 9 am instead of 10 am. The variety of breakfast food has dramatically dropped in choices. The new owners are saving money on basic items and thus are……

“This is a great basic room, right next to the ocean. There is nothing luxurious about it, but it's also priced accordingly. One small comment I would love to see the addition of a small corner desk and a tiny chair. So many of us travel and work it would be great to have a place to sit, and there is room for it in the rooms. Apart from that, it's a great stay for the money.”

“Beds very comfortable. Room was dark, carpet is old and had a musty smell. Needs renovating, especially since the amount charged was extremely high for the condition of the room.”

“Both pools are cold and dirty. All the pool ladders have rust on them. The jacuzzi is dirty and rusty. There’s also a broken rusty sign just leaned against the wall of the jacuzzi. All the rooms have rust. My room was damp the entire stay, (not sure if it’s because my room was next to the pools). I had to wash my clean clothes when I returned home because they were damp. I think the price of this hotel should be under $100. The hotel has potential but needs a lot of repairs.”

“It does have fun vibe but the in my opinion the resort is geared to families with children. This is a large property with spread out accommodations with no elevators. Additionally the pool is tucked in between buildings and somewhat difficult to find. Food at the restaurant was just OK.”
