Poor start to holiday!

I would have given our stay at Nestleton a higher score but we arrived after a long journey from Sheffield, managed to get into the property after some initial trouble with the key safe outside to find the apartment to be freezing cold,no towels and no bed linen.I phoned Original cottages who contacted the cleaner who arrived and apologised and sorted the problem. It was not the cleaner's fault but an administrative error which had timetabled the owners for that week[they have their own towels and linen].The property is comfortable ,clean and decorrated and furnished to a high standard.Parking is problem on Park rd and frequently I had to leave the car some way from the property. The kitchen is well equipped but would benifit from some oven gloves.
