  • This property is located in the pretty village of Langton Matravers, within easy reach of the village pub, shop, and church. There is even a small museum in the village which is dedicated to the role that the local Purbeck stone has played in the area over the centuries. There are lovely dog walks straight from the property and it is also very close to the South West Coast Path and Dancing Ledge (a 1.5-mile walk) – the sea ledge and its surrounding area is a beauty spot popular with walkers, climbers, and wildlife enthusiasts. Guests with younger children may like to pay a visit to Putlake Adventure Farm (under 0.5 miles), a small farm with friendly animals, playgrounds, and an indoor soft play area. Beach lovers have a choice of fantastic beaches with Swanage lying only 2 miles from the property and the expansive sands at Studland (5.5 miles) which are maintained by the National Trust.


    As you step into the property, the spacious open-plan living and dining area immediately welcomes you. Relax on the comfortable sofas in the lounge where you can enjoy a favourite programme on the TV or read a good book after a busy day exploring the local area. The well-equipped fitted kitchen invites culinary adventures, whether it's preparing a beautiful evening meal or crafting a delightful breakfast to kick-start your day, all to be enjoyed together around the dining table. Conveniently adjacent to the kitchen, is a fully fitted utility room containing a washing machine, sink and storage, also benefits from a downstairs WC. Ascending to the first floor, you'll discover a cosy twin bedroom, thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable and restful stay also on this level you will find the bathroom which has a separate shower and bath with WC. Continuing up the stairs to the second floor, you approach the main bedroom, a king-size, offering a peaceful space where you can unwind and recharge after a day of discoveries.


    The garden, which is nestled at the rear of the property, offers a delightful outdoor retreat. A pathway leads you to a lawn area, perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities. It provides a safe and enclosed space for dogs to roam and explore freely, adding another layer of comfort and peace of mind. There is also a designated patio area, adorned with comfortable garden furniture where you can bask in the warmth of the summer sun.
