  • The Deco is a stylish and well-maintained building in the heart of Swanage, in an excellent position overlooking the beach. Catering for six guests, Flat 1 is located on the ground floor and benefits from allocated parking space right next to the patio area for the apartment.


    The town centre with an array of restaurants, cafes and shops is less than a minute from the property, so everything is close at hand for you to relax and enjoy your holiday, making this apartment the perfect base for exploring the local area.


    This property benefits from three bedrooms - one with ensuite shower room, a very social open plan living/dining/kitchen area plus a family bathroom.


    This corner of Dorset is beautiful and there is no better place to explore it from than Swanage. Within a easy drive you can find yourself clambering a castle at Corfe Castle, wandering a historic abandoned village at Tyneham and taking in the natural beauty of Durdle Door.


    GROUND FLOOR:


    Kitchen: Galley kitchen adjoining the living room creating large open plan living space. Double electric oven, 6 burner gas hob. Fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine.

    Living/Dining Room Area: Comfortable lounge with sofas and dining table to seat up to 6. French doors lead directly onto small private patio area. TV (with Amazon Fire Stick), DAB radio with bluetooth connectivity.

    Bedroom 1: Elegant master bedroom with super king size bed, plenty of storage and ensuite shower room with WC and basin.

    Bedroom 2: Bright and spacious kingsize (zip n link) bed, with plenty of storage and direct access to patio.

    Bedroom 3: Cosy bedroom with two single beds.

    Bathroom: Bath with shower over, WC, basin.


    Outside: Small private patio area.

    Parking: One allocated parking space directly next to the patio area.

    Heating: Gas Central Heating

    Notes: Wifi included. Bed linen and towels provided - please bring your own beach towels.

    Pets: Sorry no pets allowed


    Security deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.


    Please note: this is a no smoking property and is situated in a quiet residential block of apartments; noise to be kept at minimum so not to disturb the neighbours .
