This beautiful cottage boasts a truly spectacular location benefitting from great views of the idyllic Studland Heath. The property is situated a short walk from South Beach - a truly unspoilt sandy stretch of coast. If stunning geographical features are of interest to you, visit Old Harry Rocks where you can see a series of giant chalk columns that rise out of the sea and some of which are tunnelled with caves.

On arrival, two steps lead to the porch of the accommodation which houses a hall where coats and boots can be stored. The jewel of the property is the light and airy sitting room with warming open fire and original wooden floor boards. The dining room benefits from double aspect windows and has a homely traditional feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine, freezer, tumble dryer, dishwasher and access to the adjoining conservatory. For convenience, there is a downstairs WC. All of the four bedrooms are accessed via steep stairs up to the first floor and each is bright and airy with double aspect windows making the most of the stunning views. There is also a bathroom with a power shower and a separate WC on the first floor.

Stepping outside to the front of the property there is a front patio with table and chairs and path leading to a gravel parking area with room for three cars. A gated side path leads to a delightful rear patio with hammock and garden furniture, access to the conservatory and a good sized lawn on two levels
