This stunning tiny house is just 20 minutes from Asheville. The Japandi interior, a blend of Japanese and Scandinavian design, offers a clean, cozy feel. Enjoy luxurious tiny living on a ridge with beautiful views and peaceful surroundings. It’s the perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature.

Located in the woods at the top of a ridge, the house offers peaceful seclusion and winter mountain views. It sits on 7 acres shared with the property owner's home just a few hundred feet away. The bed is on the main level, perfect for relaxing, working, or unplugging after exploring Asheville or hiking nearby trails. End your day around the outdoor propane fire table under the stars.

Swannanoa is an incredible town nestled in the mountains between Black Mountain and Asheville. Great hiking, food, and drinks within minutes.

This is a pet friendly property, we do charge a pet fee. You'll see this upon booking! Reach out with any questions.

The road leading up is a bit narrow and steep, but manageable for 2WD sedans as long as your car isn't too low to the ground.

Peaceful and serene

Our stay was amazing. The tiny home was so clean, it smelled and looked brand new. It was so super cozy and comfortable, right in the middle of nature, it was just wonderful. I would rather come back here than go to the smokies.The property owner was an excellent host fantastic communication and the whole process was super easy with no stress. 10/10 will be going back!

Amazing Stay!!

The owner was great with communication and it was super clean! The bed was so comfortable I got a great nights sleep after my work day. The shower was hot and I loved the decorations inside. I was able to catch some playoff basketball on the TV with no problem and the WiFi worked great. Highly Recommend!

Great spot

We loved this tiny house! It was perfect for one night! The road to the home is quite adventurous, so if you get car sick, this is not the place for you. It’s gravel at points too, so motorcycles also aren’t good for this location. The host was wonderful and the house was very clean.
