This beautiful detached cottage with amazing views over the Loughor Estuary and the Gower Peninsula is a great choice for coastal walks.. 1 step to entrance.

Kitchen: Breakfast Bar, Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine
Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, 32" Smart TV
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Bedroom 3: Single (3ft) Bed
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack.. Enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: Sorry, no hen and stag parties. No children under 5 years old.. A lovely Welsh welcome pack awaits upon your arrival at this beautiful detached property. It benefits from having an enclosed garden with garden furniture, secure storage for bikes and surfboards, and private parking for two cars. This beautifully presented cottage is situated on the Loughor Estuary with fabulous views over the ocean and the Gower Peninsula. Watch the ebb and flow of tides and the alluring sunrise and sunset whilst having breakfast or sipping a cold glass of wine, or relax after exploring the beauties of the countryside.
Located in the village of Penclawdd, renowned for its seafood and cockles, this property is within walking distance of all local amenities, with a supermarket, plenty of restaurants, takeaway outlets and three pubs. There is so much to offer in this area and some fabulous beaches to visit, Llangennith Bay is approximately 20 minutes’ drive from the property, and the bay faces into the Atlantic Ocean and is a mecca for surfing and watersports. Rhossili and Worms Head are worth visiting and are just a 25-30-minute drive away, take yourselves out over Worms Head and look at the fabulous views. Beach 8½ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
