The house was built in 2022 and has a queen-sized master bedroom, full bath, and a loft with two twin beds.
The kitchen has a large refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a dual function keurig (k-cup or drip).
The living room has a 75 inch SMART TV, 2x barrel chairs that swivel, and a comfortable couch with side-by-side recliners.
The waterfront deck has a grill, dining table and umbrella, and an outdoor loveseat and coffee table.

It's a great, relaxing location to take a swim or launch on a kayak site seeing cruise along the beautiful shoreline.
There is no dock (predominantly west winds) but the front yard offers plenty of space to park a boat and trailer.
There are two public boat launches nearby (West Swanton Boat Access .2 miles and Tabor Point Boat Ramp 4.2 miles).
In addition, the house is just steps from Hog Island Market where fishing equipment, bait, fishing license, ice, beer, wine, and groceries are all available.
Campbell's Bay Campground (~5mi) is also close by for Pontoon, Motor Boat, or Canoe rentals.
West Swanton Orchard (1mi) is a great stop for apples, soft ice cream and souvenirs.
Green Mountain Stables is directly across the road where visitors can watch the horses training or take riding lessons, and Missisquoi National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center is also just one mile away.
The house is centrally located within the best Pike, Bass and Walleye fishing grounds on the lake!
For those who want a bit more adventure, the Canadian border is just 4 miles north. There is a nice small, waterfront town with several great restaurants called Venice en Quebec just across the border. Montreal is also only one hour north so bring your passports.
