“My husband, myself, 3 of my adult kids and 5 grandchildren under 7 stayed very comfortably. So many nice rooms. Although very updated had a very nostalgic feel. All of the living spaces were extra large and plenty of seating. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the yard was humongous. We were fortunate to get snow while we were there and the kids had never seen snow since we’re from Georgia. It was a wonderful stay. Thank you so much, Wayne. ”

“The home was inviting clean and comfortable. Our inviting, provided us with ample kitchen items, towels, and entertainment in the form of books and extensive library of nostalgic albums and games. There was plenty of parking for four cars in the driveway as well as street parking if needed. The location was perfect for walking into town to enjoy the many restaurants and shops.”

“Michelle made our experience super easy and memorable! Drive up a private road and a pretty steep hill (4wd a must in winter) to a secluded, beautiful house with plenty of space. Just you and nature. The house itself has all the amenities - full kitchen, sitting areas, and even a wood stove that Michelle started up before we got there. Beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms have insane mountaintop views. Michele even left a few eggs for starter breakfast which was much appreciated. You can’t……

“I stayed with my spouse and two children (ages 5 and 9). We felt very safe. The rental was very private and separate from the main house. The bedrooms and two bathrooms were very convenient. Check-in was super easy and directions were clear. Lots of things were provided to make the stay very easy and convenient.Two points of inconvenience: 1) the downstairs bathtub only gets warm water. “We stayed here as our base for a week of college tours. Boy, was this the perfect place to come home to each evening to reset. We actually never ate out for dinner, because we wanted to eat in the home and watch the sunset over the lake. We selected the Troy House for its proximity to a dirt-bike camp in Winchester NH that my son and his two friends were attending for the week. “This was a great place for our 3-generation gathering. Flexible and spacious with 5 bedrooms and basement laundry/recreation room.Little kids enjoyed watching birds' nests, and playing safely outdoors. The open shed next to the house gave us space for bikes and other eqpt. Kitchen very well equipped, plus grill on the patio and fire pit for smores. “Lovely home, clean, with spacious, well-finished rooms and AC in each room. Host was timely with responses. Would gladly stay here in the future when visiting the area. A small point- would be nice to have a few more homelike amenities (hair dryer, coffee creamers tissues) and some written instructions about the home (such a WiFi pw) available, however, the host was quickly responsive and overall our watt was excellent. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at the house. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all the basics. One thing of note: there is only a countertop toaster oven, not a full size oven. There is a gas cooktop as well. If you plan to cook while there, that will be an important detail. This house has a great view from the living room.
