“Poor service of Sona and pool”

“They need better entertainment at night time.. the hallways need to be cleaned.. the carpet in the hallways were filthy. They need to put down and laminate floors in the hallway, so they stay clean.. the breakfast was excellent.. The spa part was not the best. The hot tub was only half working. The steam room did not work for three days. The sauna was good… The staff was very helpful and kind.”

“An excellent boutique hotel perfectly located for walking to the many places to visit in Mdina and Rabat. Very close to the main bus stops and restaurants. The hotel is in a grand old building, fully and tastefully modernised inside. Our room was spacious and well appointed. And spotlessly clean. Breakfast was generous; we appreciated the range of fruits. Grace made us very welcome throughout our 3 day stay and was very helpful on practicalities like transport. “We had a lovely stay at C4 Retreat! The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast was great. The hotel felt fresh and clean with all the necessary amenities. It was super easy to check in despite there not being a 24/7 reception and there were nice little details like getting a decanter of fresh water in your room every day (even though the tap water is safe to drink). There's not a lot going on in Xagħra where the hotel is located so we ended up renting a……
