“Not the fault of the facility, lightning had destroyed the elevator control council and the Ice machine on our floor. I am 76 with bad arthritis and don't do stairs well, but there were no rooms available on the first floor. When we got to our room, the toilet would not stop running. The handle sticks down, and I had to bend the float rod to get it to stop running. Had to lift the handle after that. The air conditioner was very loud when the compressor kicked in. I could feel vibrations in……

“We had to do an emergency stay as a family of 4 and it was fast check in the room was clean and I couldn't hear anyone in other rooms. It felt like a relaxing, clean, and safe environment and was at a great cost especially in a pinch.”

“Sticky surfaces had to be wiped clean. Room phone had some sort of sauce dripped on it. Outlets in bathroom didn't work. Only outlet in room was behind bed, so had to scoot it to charge phone. TV had to be plugged in, as it shared an outlet with the microwave and fridge. Poor lighting. Didn't touch the a/c, but room temp was comfortable. Requested king size bed and got room with 2 queens. Only staff member seen was friendly and helpful. Never checked to see if bfast was served.”
