The style of the hotel is sadly sometimes not matched by the elegance of the guests who should try to at least dress appropriately when drinking in the lovely terrrace bar. “雖然離火車站有點距離 但進出有接駁車還算方便 我們10點多就到了 飯店也立刻讓我們辦入住 真是太佛心了 飯店很乾凈 床跟棉被都超舒服 走廊有天然的木頭香免飛早餐也很好吃 下次如果有機會再來策馬特ㄧ定會再來這裡住”

“这个酒店真的很不错，位置就在火车站旁边（需要跨过铁路），离超市也很近。可以在房间看到少女峰和峡谷，餐厅的位置也很不错，正对山峰和峡谷风景。值得一提的是，餐厅真的很不错，beef是我目前吃到最好的。各种用品齐全，前台乐于提供帮助，很棒的酒店。贵一点也值得。”

“酒店位置距離Zermatt 車站只是數分鐘步程。一踏進酒店，已得到前台職員親切友善的招待。所入住的房間很大，前後均有露台，且裝修很美，床鋪整潔舒適。住宿期間已包早餐， 美中不足的是，房間內沒有提供電熱水煲和雪櫃等設施，似乎都沒有空調（因沒有看到任何出風口），要打開窗門才可。但綜合各方面後，也給予很高評價！ ”

“I was really impressed with this place. It looks unassuming but the rooms were spacious and the bathroom really modern and the shower powerful. Exactly what I want from a hotel bathroom. If I were to nitpick, I’d say that because the mattress is memory foam, I sunk in a bit meaning that I could have done with a thinner pillow. The one provided was a bit too thick but that’s a personal preference. ”
