“From the moment we walked into reception we felt valued and treated as if we were a valued customer.
Keith checked us in took us to our room explained where everything was including fresh milk in the fridge for your morning coffee or tea in your room and home made cookies, and how to get to the spa and pool.
He was also the one we asked about other things to do in the area and he was always happy to help look up or suggest things.
I cannot remember when I have had such a warm welcome at……

“Amazing stay. Staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Often hotels state pet friendly, but these guys added some really nice useful touches, to make us all welcome. Beautiful property in a great location.”

“We love the cottage, and I love the swimming pool.
There were one or two glitches with the system during our stay (hot water problem) but I think they were dealt with quite promptly.
I did find I received rather too many emails for my liking….no need to remind me about rubbish disposal so many times, thank you!
But we would happily come back to Cranmer Cottages again”

“Really enjoyed staying at Wagtail, the facilities at Cranmer Cottages are comprehensive! The pool with private allotted sessions is a real bonus, we had lovely weather too! Lots to do in the area and all just a modest drive away!”
