I was awaken by a huge cockroaches on the bed. I did not sleep the night I paid for. Horrible experience I wish I can be reimbursed for half the night stayed at least.

Blood on my towels. Door was left on departure and open/unlocked on return. Walls were paper thin. Pornhub was open on common use computer every time I walked down the hall.

The property was very clean and modern looking. But when i asked if we had a quiet room reception said yes. This couldn't be more wrong. The complimentary ear plugs on the table should have said it all. Walls are paper thin and the waste pipe from the room above us ran down through our room. Every time the toilet flushed or someone took a shower it sounded like water rushing into our room. The stone floors outside meant every late and early traveller arriving and departing from the hotel could be heard right through the thin walls and the open air Centre of the hotel meant you could hear the very busy road very clearly even though our room was at least the distance of 70m away from the road front.

Would not recommend this accom unless there was literally no other option. Room was clean and staff were friendly, however the upstairs plumbing was completely exposed in the ceiling leading to deafening noise any time the upstairs guests used the shower, sink or toilet. Apparently the upstairs rooms are as bad or louder due to them being fully exposed to the busy road outside. Earplugs were provided but if you're not able to comfortably sleep with them in prepare for a terrible night.
