The property is very nice, staff we very welcoming. What was a little disappointing was the3pm check in which we wanted to check in slightly early for our 3 year old to have a nap and the restaurant facility at the hotel were being renovated. But overall it was a pleasant stay.

Awesome Experience !
We were touring Australia and opted to stay at the Four points Sheraton due to it city center proximity. Staff was very helpful and professional. With parking provided, it was an easy decision. The restaurant was pretty good providing a yummy breakfast buffet. Highly recommended if you plan to visit Sydney and remain close to the CBD.

Nice place, clean. Wish parking was factored into the cost of the room. Also wish it had a pool but otherwise it was perfect !!

Great place to stay but not great value for money or 4-star. I booked a king but got (very narrow) twin beds, TV channel options are limited, and no snack items to go with tea/coffee. This would be a very solid 3-star option at a lower price, and I would definitely stay again if rating and price reflected the offering.

Convenient location with nearby shopping mall and dining options. The drawback was the numerous small flies in the room and corridor. Hope the hotel management can do better to keep the room bug-free

Location is good with shopping mall two blocks away. Staff were friendly and helpful. The problem was small flies in the room and toilet. Seems like an infestation issue, the hotel cleaning staff used insect spray after I highlighted the issue. Unfortunately, the approach did not help as I continued to see the flies in the room through out my stay

The hotel is in a great location, close to Central and the CBD. The accessible room is large and well appointed. The accessible bathroom is OK - the shower pressure is quite weak but the temperature is good. It's our go-to hotel when staying in Sydney.
