Wow - what a location!

A fantastic cosy apartment with an incredible view - and direct access to the beach! The apartment was very well equipped with everything you need and more. Just a few steps from the surf club, which had a great surf side cafe for breakfast, and a very good restaurant upstairs, also with amazing views. Sea breeze is a great little find for a beachside getaway so close to Sydney.

So close you can touch the water

The property is beautiful - the homey touches from the host, the view from the living area and balcony, the whales meandering past and falling asleep to the sound of the surf - just a delight. All as advertised. Wonderfully central. Private beach access. Incredible view. Private and quiet. Beautifully set up for all you may need. Generous and communicative host. Definitely worth a visit. Absolutely AMAZING in every way!!!

This apartment is incredible. The view of the ocean was THE BEST I have ever had. It was beautifully furnished, impeccably clean and so comfortable. Well located on the Northern Beaches, but so quiet and peaceful. If that was not good enough, Madeline went to great lengths to ensure our stay was perfect. Her communication was quick and helpful, and she very kindly arranged special treats for the birthday girl. I am immensely impressed with this property and will definitely be going back!

Great view, great apartment

This was our second time here, and it was just as good as the first time. The place is kept to the highest standard. There are lots of incidental items that make the holiday stress free. The check in process is so easy, the owners are so easy to deal with. They always reply promptly. Cannot find fault with this property or the owner. Will be back

Absolute beachfront apartment in a sleepy locale

The apartment is exactly as pictured/described, with stunning views over the beach. The apartment was spacious, immaculately presented and had a pantry full of everyday items that we could use. The host even left a box of ice creams for us in the freezer - such a lovely touch! The host was very responsive and you can tell that they take great pride in making their guests feel confortable. There was only one disappointment - the onsite parking in a private garage is so narrow that you'd struggle to fit your car in. I tried twice and gave up, and resorted to parking on the street. We always lucked out with a park not too far away, but still a disappointment given off street parking is advertised. Happily recommend this apartment if you're after a laid back place to kick back and enjoy Sydney's northern beaches.

The perfect apartment in a stunning location.

The Basin Beach at Mona Vale is one of Sydney's best kept secrets. A mere 45min from the CBD but it feels as if you are miles away. We were there on a holiday long weekend but it was still beautiful and quiet and family focused. The apartment itself is perfect both in location and amenities. You feel as if you are almost sitting on the sand. It was spotlessly clean and all the linen, towels etc were of a very fine quality. Madeline has thought of everything! There is a well stocked pantry full of all the essentials. Oil, vinegar, rock salt, foil etc There was even a number of coffee pods for the Nespresso machine & the welcome gift of a cold bottle of wine and chocolates was very much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend Seabreeze for your next holiday. My family and I will definitely be back.

The apartment was amazing, so clean, stunning views of the ocean and Mona Vale beach. Close to the B Line buses into the city and Palm Beach, close to supermarkets and a 4 min walk to a beach front cafe for breakfast etc and upstairs a nice restaurant. We would definitely stay again. Our host Madeline was very helpful and easy to contact. Thank you so much. 10/10!

10/10 does not do this place justice… more like 20/10! From the initial conversation with Madeline to checking in… was seamless. It’s such a nice break from the hustle and bustle of Sydney. Madeline is an amazing host! The wine and Tim Tams were such a nice touch. Do not hesitate to book this place.

I can’t say enough about how helpful Madeline was, nor how special this place was for us. The view is incredible, the space comfortable and inviting, with lots of little touches that speak to an owner intuiting everything a visitor might need. We could have happily spent a week or more there, and in retrospect now, it was our favorite place of the trip. Many thanks Madeline!

Beautifully presented apartment, situated on beachfront with expansive views. Immaculately clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds. Short stroll to cafes. Although it is not air-conditioned there a number of fans available. Highly recommend this property.
