House keeping is done every two days. No elevator. No safe. On checkin, room had lots of hairs, probably from the former guest.

We stayed at the Baxley for 4 nights. It was extremely comfortable and clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room had brilliant aircon to keep the room cool. We had fresh towels every 2 days. I can’t fault anything about this accommodation.

The Baxley Bondi was in a great location, was clean, with great front desk staff. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. We would stay there again in no time. Note: The shared bathrooms were always clean, we never had an issue getting in one or with cleanliness.

Gorgeous design, affordable and great location
Modern and well designed. Actually looks like the photos! Shared bathroom was beautifully maintained. Single bed was luxurious and the room had a fridge and sink. Very attentive and super friendly reception. My only concern was that the fridge wasn’t that cold and I fed this back to the reception staff who actively noted it down to work on for improvements. Great location! Short walk to Bondi Beach. I’ll definitely be back.

I had the most wonderful stay at Baxley and I would highly recommended. The location is perfect. The staff was incredible specially Victoria who works in the front desk, very helpful, knowledgeable about Sydney ans super kind I had to write a review cause I’m so happy I stayed here

The property is newly renovated and is styled beautifully. Our room probably was a little too small with no real storage, so would book a larger one next time. Definitely would stay again.

The Baxley Bondi was a perfect spot for my last few days in Australia. Easy access from Bondi Junction station via bus/walking and easy access to Bondi and Brontë Beaches and neighborhoods by walking/transit. The communal kitchen area is available for eating breakfast or carryout meals.

A stunningly beautiful little bolt hole, nothing to dislike here. The front of house staff and housekeeping were so accommodating to us, allowed us to use the facilities to change and have a coffee as we were 3 hours early. Couldn't recommend more highly. Thank you for our stay...

Great spot if you don't mind taking the bus!
The Baxley was awesome! Really nice little spot if you don't need anything but a place to sleep. It was very clean and the staff was so friendly! I was able to do laundry on site, which was a huge bonus! Only issues really were that the TV streaming kept going out and I could've used more towels. It's also a kinda weird location. Had to take the bus to get just about anywhere, but that was okay. Would stay again!

Great stay for the price. The only thing I didn’t like was the noisy air conditioner but I am a light sleeper. The rooms was only just big enough as well. Otherwise, very clean and great facilities, staff were very helpful. :)

The Baxley is an aesthetically very pleasing accomodation. The spaces were all very clean and my room was beautiful. The community room had all I needed and was similarly very beautiful and clean. My shared bathroom was free every time I needed it, was incredibly clean and hardly ever felt like anyone else was using it. My only 2 small issues were that I couldn't figure out the air con or the wifi. I also couldn't open the windows so I felt a bit claustrophobic. It turns out the aircon was a panel on the wall and the wifi info was on the little folder that my key came in - I would have liked a welcome note with info about these 2 items. Luckily, I had my phone hotspot and it wasn't too hot. Otherwise, this was an impressive accomodation, lovely, friendly staff, very central and quite affordable. Highly recommend.
