「Biggest room for the price. New flooring, huge bed」

「My air-conditioning did not work. The refrigerator did not work. I made two requests for repair or replacement. They said they couldn't help the problem in my room. I asked for new room. They responded with no because all rooms were booked. However, the property never appeared full according to parking. Apartment next to property had party in every room the night i stayed.」

「It's what you pay for. Just a typical hotel. The rooms were clean and nice (looks like they were just remodeled recently), no problem checking in and had no problems with loud noice or anything. We'd stay there again.」

「First off, no matter how many days you stay, there is no maid service, so you are on your own for new towels, toilet paper etc. The rooms are old and the mattress is cheap but not impossible to sleep on The most important thing to note is that for whatever reason, they don’t have lights on the exterior in the outdoor “halls.” It’s literally dark, so you really on moonlight or street lights. It’s weird and it’s disconcerting. I’ve never seen anything like it. 」

「I stayed for a night with my wife, The staff were very nice, they told us that the motel was opened 2 month ago Under new management, and everything was remodeled, No wonders everything was nice and clean. We also learned that they have a greet weekly rate, much chipper than the daily We will defiantly stay there again, maby next time we will plan it for a week!」

「If you are going to an event at the Amalie Arena, it’s only a 2 minute walk there. Plus, there are quite a few dining options right near the hotel! 」

「The best little bungalow in Historic Tampa. This was a cozy and quaint place. It had all the amenities we needed and then some. The pool was a special touch although we could not enjoy it due to the weather. Would stay here again.」

「Stayed at house for 5 nights, used it as a home base to vacation in the area. this is a great place to stay, the owners are a great family, the house is as listed, keep better then any hotel we have stayed at. if you compare this to a hotel, this is the only way to go. Will book again.」
