“Had such a great stay at UKO Potts Point! The location is super convenient and made getting around Sydney so easy, esp for work. I also absolutely loved the rooftop, such a great space to relax and enjoy the city. A huge thank you to Stevan, the Senior Community Manager, who was incredible to communicate with. He was always friendly, responsive and so helpful, and really made the whole experience seamless. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Sydney. Highly recommend!”

“リッチや部屋は最高でした 初日メールボックスにカギ無く苦労した キッチンの換気扇が動かない シャワーの扉仕切りが無く使いづらい”

“Perfect location, the host is amazing she helps us a a lot and she is friendly”

“Our family had a lovely stay overall. The property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Chinatown is just downstairs and heaps of food choices all day. The property manager was very friendly, informative, and made the check-in process smooth. We also appreciated being accommodated with an early check-in (for an additional fee), which was very helpful after our trip. The only area that could use some improvement is the bathroom exhaust fan, as it didn’t clear the steam well after……

“Perfect location, near 2 light rail stops, and two ferry wharfs, undercover parking across the road (paid parking) and easy walking distance to Barangaroo, city centre, China town. Easy access to ferry to get to Circular Quay for access to The Rocks or ferries to Watsons Bay or Manly. Plenty of convenience stores and coffee shops nearby. Apartment was very clean and comfortable.”

“The apartment is well equipped and has all it needs for a family getaway (e.g. cooking utensil, oven, seasoning, fridge and so so). Good lighting and generally clean. The air-conditioner is on upstairs only and if it's a hot day, sitting downstairs doesn't feel any cool stream. Besides, the apartment is located right next to the street level, noise from the passers-by or cars and next door neighbors can be easily heard. The host is responsive to enquiries”

“Great experience! The apartment is beautiful - newly renovated and very stylish. It felt extremely clean and fresh. The bed is super comfortable too - king sized. The host was great and thought of every detail, including a beach bag with towels for the awesome nearby beaches. The apartment is walkable to the best neighborhoods and restaurants. It was our first time in Sydney and we loved the location. Highly recommend! ”

“The place had the essentials we needed. It only has a full bed and a twin, didn’t notice it was just a full bed in the listing. It’s a busy street, thus very noisy. We didn’t use the balcony as it’s right over the busy Elizabeth street. It was nice having the washer and dryer. The area was ok.”

“Unit was a little dated but clean, easy check in,close to most of everything, friendly staff, mostly everything you need in the unit, the only negative was the door lock, uses keys and no door locks inside and door hinges are noisy”

“A wonderful, central, clean apartment with a parking spot.”

“Location is great. Place is simple but very functional. Great to have DW, W&D and lots of sun light and open space. Kitchen is quite functional for simple meal prep. ”

“This accommodation is near the Sydney. It is not near a national park at all.”

“The room and ensuite were great, and only a short walk away from Central station and the city trams. The bedroom and bathroom were very comfortable and recently renovated. There was also a communal kitchen available down the hallway. The host was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Check-in process was very easy too. We will look to stay there again upon our next visit to Sydney.”
