The house is centrally located in Westerland, between the two large pedestrian zones. Size: 1-room apartment approx. 43 m² for 2 people. Equipment: In the tiled living room there are two leather couches and, with one side on the wall, a double bed. The dining area is integrated in the wall unit. From the balcony you can see the beach and the sea. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and microwave. The bathroom has a double vanity and a bathtub. Pets are allowed. A parking space, if available, can be rented outside or in the underground garage. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
