「Booked this through Expedia, as it turned up under the pet friendly filter. There was no details/ mention of pet fees in the listing, and by the time my vacation rolled around and I could get to their specific extra check in process, I found out it was an extra $150 and I couldn't cancel at that point. 「I would not recommend this property. Needs to be cleaned and the house had an unpleasant smell. Definitely overpriced for what we got. This place has potential but definitely not there yet. Huge yard for kids and pets. This was definitely disappointing. Also having to pay a steep deposit made me uneasy and though might be a scam.
