Just minutes from downtown Syracuse, area hospitals, The Inner Harbor, Destiny USA, Burnet Park Zoo & Syracuse University. 4 miles away from Empower FCU Amphitheater ! Fully stocked kitchen including a small blender, air fryer, toaster and fully automatic espresso/ coffee maker, just press a button! Outside sitting area totally private with a gas firepit and year round hot tub. , pack and play ,high chair, 28” curved monitor are available upon request. Beautiful views of the city lights and Onondaga lake.

The apartment was recently totally remodeled and is an open layout with one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room / dining room/ desk area. Beautiful views with total privacy.

The apartment is conveniently located within minutes from most places.

Our listing is not covered for damages by platform so you will have a pre authorization $200security deposit hold . You will not be charged unless there is damage.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am
No unregistered guests. Only the specified guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises unless you have cleared it with us first.
Let us know right away if you break or damage something, so we can make arrangements for its replacement or repair.

Amazon Alexa is available in the livingroom for music. Please feel free to unplug if you want

Extra cleaning fee will be assessed if apartment is left excessively dirty.
If hot tub is left foamy, cloudy or excessively dirty you will be charged $250 fee to empty.

This apartment is beautiful & equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, from the espresso machine to the kitchen stocked with dishes, pans, etc. and the well-appointed yet comfortable furniture, and extra touches like bathrobes & slippers. Plus, the entire property was spotless. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Our stay was perfect. It’s a lovely home in a really nice neighborhood. Simpatico had everything you could think of and so much more! The owners did a wonderful job making us feel welcome including a welcome basket of treats! The beds were very comfortable and everything was just so cozy and comfortable. Bravo to the owners for thinking of so much detail, making their place one of the best places we have ever stayed! I highly recommend it!

My family and I had a great retreat over the Thanksgiving holiday. Simpatico is top notch, better than any hotel in Syracuse. The thoughtful details the Owner and Manager made to insure our happiness were above and beyond! Make sure to book a stay or two here… you won’t regret it. :D Happy holidays!

This property exceeded our expectations! The host was very responsive, and the property is so aesthetically pleasing. The apartment was supremely clean and smelled amazing inside, too. We wouldn’t have changed a thing about this rental. I hope we have the opportunity to rebook in the future!

We absolutely loved this little get away, for it being a shared house it felt incredibly private. The apartment itself is so nice, cozy, and so cute. The hosts knew it was our honeymoon and left us a little message welcoming us, some restaurants to try, and some wine & chips with dip. Highly recommend. The only thing I will say is the hosts use a lotttttt of smell goods (air fresheners and candles and such), I'm not very sensitive to smells and the first day it was a bit overwhelming so if you're sensitive to smells I wouldn't choose this one.

Lisa and Heather made my partners birthday spectacular. Once you walk in you are welcomed by a beautiful smell and cozy atmosphere! They even provided a cookie cake and champagne for us to celebrate the occasion which relieved me of the stress of more running around. I couldn’t ask for better host! Vrbo is blessed to have host such as these two! Guys Book and don’t think twice about it! It’s worth it and the view to die for! 💖✨

We had a great stay for a couple days while we saw a concert. The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable, and loaded with nice extras. If we stayed for a concert, we’d absolutely here again.
