Beautiful apartment in a villa with swimming pool in Syracuse

  • The villa is divided into 2 independent apartments. My husband and I live in one of them. The guest apartment is composed of 1 bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, 1 bedroom with 2 beds (one of them queen-size) and air-conditioning, a kitchen with oven, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine and all necessary cooking items and a large bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.
At the outside our guests can enjoy a private patio (which offers absolute privacy and faces south)with a table and 4 chairs, barbecue and pizza oven and a beautiful garden.
    Free functioning wifi
    Free parking inside the property
    Furthermore there is a large pool for the exclusive use of our guests;
The house is situated in a residential area and is mostly surrounded by countryside, therefor I recommend a car to get around

Just a 2-minute walk away there is a large well stocked supermarket which also sells ready-made food to take away.
My house is located in a strategic position, in a 15 minutes drive you can reach Ortigia (the old city center with the famous little beach Calarossa), in 5 minutes the greek theater and in 20 minutes the nearest beaches. Also the motorway access is easy and fast, making it ideal for visiting places like Noto, Taormina, Ragusa and Modica and to explore the south-east coast of Sicily.
    Coronavirus Info:
    social distancing is absolutely guaranteed.
The cleaning of the apartment is up to the strictest standards to guarantee the wellbeing of our guests.

All round great experience at this villa, equipped with everything one would need. Within walking distance of a supermarket and a short drive to the beautiful island of Ortigia. Our family of 4 had a really comfortable stay here at this villa and the pool area was definitely the highlight. Clean and bedrooms fully air conditioned for comfort Thank you

We had a lovely stay in early May at this property. It was a short walk to a grocery store and a short drive to the main sights of Syracuse and this part of Sicily. Communication with the host was a breeze and they kindly provided breakfast provisions and everything we needed to enjoy the grill and pizza oven. The pool was lovely for the hot days. Note that the pool is quite deep (~1.4m) but great for a dip.

Very Nice VRBO!

We enjoyed our stay. Charlotte was very communicative. The guest house was very clean and up to date. Kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom was very nice. Great privacy, including the pool. Close to the bus stop if you want to bus into Ortigia instead of dealing with parking.

Had a fantastic stay at Charlotte’s property. She was very helpful and recommended good restaurants during our stay. We are a family of four and it was really nice to have the pool for our own afternoon siesta. Good location and easy to get into Siracusa/Ortigia and beyond. Highly recommend.

Perfect location, perfect villa!

We had a great stay, it was the relaxing holiday we wanted. Charlotte was a perfect host, not only regarding the villa, which was excellent but with all the useful information for the immediate vicinity and further a field. The villa was in a good location for Syracuse and for hopping on the motorway to explore the region. We would definitely recommend a stay here, if you're looking for a relaxing break, exploring or a mixture of both as we were. Perfect!

Lovely Villa with pool

The villa was perfectly located to travel around sites and tourist spots. It was clean & bright & had everything your could possibly need for self catering. We did eat out a lot as well. The pool was a really good size and was very clean. Charlotte was a lovely host. Excellent communication before our stay and had hints and tips while we were there.
