「It's a beautiful hotel indeed, with a lot to offer: a historical embience, elegant decor, spacious rooms, convenient location (both Duomo & Fontana di Diana are within a 10-min walk), simple yet adequate breakfast....
But all these good qualities are offset by a lack of maintenance of its facilities (shower head that seems like breaking down and keeps leaking water from its handle, air conditioner that shuts itself down within 30 mins of operation...) .

「Room was very clean, comfy and felt like home. The family that ran the B&B was so kind and sweet. This is the place to stay if you are in Ortigia. It's a gem. 「Best view in town - right on the water. We stayed in the Alfeo apartment with our 2 kids and we loved it. Large apartment and the view was magical. At night you can hear the party boats and some voices from below but they eventually move on - not a big deal.

「Salvos is very serviceminded and he contacted us regularly to make sure everything was OK. He was very fast to help with any issues. He was also very helpful to guide us to sights, beaches, and restaurants. He made dinner reservations for us on request and made sure we had good service, where we went. He also helped us obtain the information we wanted. The house was nice and clean, and everything was working. We particularly enjoyed the very nice pool. Thank you Salvos!」

「We use taxi or walk, the surroundings made us safe and comfortable. The room is a good size.It is noisy but Sicily is so crammed there are no place where you don’t eat cars, mopeds, unless you are in a pedestrian zone. We like our choice」

「We had a fabulous stay at this villa! It was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect – just a 2-minute walk to the sea and within easy reach of both Syracuse and Noto.What truly made our stay special was the warm welcome and outstanding hospitality from Hector. He went above and beyond, even providing a delicious meal and drinks on our very late arrival, and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.A wonderful place to stay – highly recommended!」

「Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit dort. Der Gastgeber und das Personal war super freundlich immer erreichbar und sehr zugutekommen keine Wünsche werden nicht erfüllt.
Die Anlage wird jeden Tag gesäubert und in Schuss gehalten.
Die Anlage selbst ist ein Traum für jeden entspannten Urlaub mit Palmen Pool und chill Lounge ruhig

「Excellent experience with incredibly attentive staff. The room was delightful and just what we needed. The parking was easily accessible even though one needs to drive around the block to get there, but it’s just behind the hotel - very convenient. The breakfast was excellent and again served very attentively in the same space that, at night, is used for the Onda Blu high level fish-focused restaurant (10% off too as hotel clients). Don’t be fooled by the “fish market” designation on Google Maps...

「Beautiful Villa inside and out, spacious, comfortable, well equipped kitchen, large, private spaces outside. The pool and tennis court were great fun. The beach was stunning and only a few minutes walk away. We found some good restaurants by the sea 10/15 minute walk away. (specifically La Fornace and Onda Blue Isola). 15 minute drive into Ortigia. The host and owner were extremely helpful and responded quickly to any queries. We loved it so much we hope to return!」

「We stayed during peak season in August for 7nights and we had a fantastic stay!The house is clean, spacious, modern, great WiFi and aircon. The kitchen is very well equipped, the pool is lovely and the areas around it, great for relaxing. Location is fantastic as a base for exploring the island.
