Our recent stay at The Derries in Ballinagh, County Cavan, was nothing short of magical. The hosts, whose hospitality is simply unparalleled, greeted us with a welcoming smile and a roaring fire in the hearth. The cottage itself is a masterpiece of cozy comfort—spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we woke up each morning feeling refreshed and ready to explore.The location is idyllic. Tucked away in the serene Cavan countryside, it offers a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to the village of Ballinagh. We enjoyed walks on the quiet surroundings, It was a true taste of authentic Irish rural life.We can't recommend The Derries highly enough. It's more than just a place to stay; it's a home away from home and a perfect sanctuary for anyone looking to recharge and reconnect with nature.
