「The room was great. The staff were all really good. The breakfasts and evening meals, buffet, were completely stuffed with variety and al very high quality. The location is about 80m from the gondola with a ski safe. And we found the prices in the bar very reasonable. A botle ofnice Rioja for 21E !! We all loved our stay. 」

「An outstanding hotel. We're were first time skiers and could not recommend this place enough for making it such an enjoyable experience. The shuttle up to the gondola and ski lockers made life so nice and the food, spa etc were all top notch. Lovely staff and vibe.」

「Un accueil trees chaleureux, des hôtesses très aimable ( parlant espagnole, francais et anglais ), le chambre est grande et spacieuse, la salle de bain tres propore , un grand ecran dans la chambre, le room service assez rapide ( payant 8€, mais avec possibilité de descendre pour aller récupérer sa commande , donx ca depend de chacun ), le spa est légèrement petit mais très agréable ensuite dommage qu'il y ait la climatisation dans le spa , parce que quand on sort de l'eau il fait vite...

「The hotel is located about 50 or so meters from the nearest lifts. It really couldn’t be more convenient. The staff we extremely helpful. The car park the hotel recommends is a multi storey on the edge of town but a member of staff travelled up with me following him and then he gave me a lift back - and even helped with buying the correct (and best value) parking ticket. The room was warm and had radiators that were easy to contraplano rather than those electric heaters found in many ski hotels...

「Really was a lovely place to stay. Staff always helpful and chatty. Room was immaculate and so was the hotel. I really cannot fault. The food was excellent with lots of choice and fresh. They certainly did not cut corners with lovely meat dishes, lots of fresh fruit, fresh breads really nice. My ONLY small criticism was that we chose this hotel because it showed a swimming pool and hot-tub. However they didn't make it clear that you have to PAY EXTRA for this EVERY time. It was 14 Euros a...

「Apartamento é excelente ! Tudo muito novo e aconchegante . Ponto negativo é estacionar o carro pois quando cheguei nao havia disponibilidade de estacionamento . Na rua fica sujeito a multa e tem que verificar a questao da área azul . Para sair dali tem que estar de carro pois a pé fica longe de tudo . 」

「A very beautiful hotel, perched on the side of the mountain offering beautiful views down into the valley and across to the mountains on the other side. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern, spacious and staff keep them well maintained. The pool and spa are beautiful, truly an oasis after a chilly day out on the slopes. The hotel offers a free shuttle from Canillo up to the hotel, which is definitely a lifesaver - it’s a long old, steep walk up from the village!」
