「The loung on the 9th floor was wonderful. Both men handling the bar and food were very friendly and really great. The beds and shower were perfect. Only thing id change would be all the gross spiders and webs blocking the beautiful views of the river. I know its the season, but maybe have the windows outside cleaned more often this time of year. 」

「Just a one-nighter, buy was very impressed with the accommodations. The suite was generous in size, the facility was up to date, the breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay at another Residence Inn.」

「由於從台灣到此出差，有14小時時差，除了工作時間外，常在房間休息。然而因為房間的隔音效果差，在房間休息時常受其他房間開關門聲影響，其他房客在走廊上嬉鬧顯的吵雜。又房間內的WIFI訊號不是很穩定，使用通訊軟體打電話時常斷訊。房間內的微波爐建議擺放簡易說明書。櫃台服務很好，快速退房也很方便。自機場抵達及離開時皆能快速安排車輛接駁很方便。」

「Nice and clean. Breakfasts till 9, we got down there at like 8:15 the cafeteria was full and they were running low on a lot of things and were very slow to restock or replaced one or two of the item at a time. So if you weren’t right there to grab 」

「Our stay at the Element Hotel was very nice. Rooms were spacious and clean, felt updated. The water pressure in the shower was not the greatest. It was so easy to get to and there were a lot of options for bars and restaurants within a few blocks. We stayed for a concert at the Vibrant Arena. We were there with a 1 minute walk. So easy! Would definitely stay again. 」
