“We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”

“The room was very clean even though I had to wash and then spray Lysol on the filters of the A/C ventilation system in the room. Housekeeping should take care of this as part of their cleaning the room routine. The water pressure in the shower was weak but the water pressure from the sink and toilet was fine. “The room was clean, but that’s about it. They were “renovating” everywhere and the pool and fitness room were both closed which was not advertised anywhere. The breakfast was ok, nothing special and the location is convenient. If they actually finish the renovations and reopen the amenities, it’ll be a great spot”

“Older place but Our room was clean. Beach view was great. Location perfect next to the 2nd Ave pier. Staff was friendly. Hot tub warm but no jets. the pool splash pad and lazy river were good. There were limited chairs around the pool and no pool towels offered Plenty of ice from the multiple-ice machines The staff were wonderful and let us swim while we waited to check in and then let us check in early once our room was ready. Super thankful for that ability. Not fancy but……

“The best feature of the hotel was the pool area, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Unfortunately, our overall stay was impacted by several issues with our room. One of the televisions was not functioning properly and operated through a Fire Stick rather than standard cable service. In addition, the air conditioning did not cool the room effectively. Our room was located near a parking deck, and throughout the night we could hear birds chirping continuously. The noise was quite disruptive, especially……

“This is expedia fault. Talk about false advertising. First expedia has a building the in the advertising that is condemned. Even the motel made me aware after I paid. The hotel itself was disgusting. I had to sleep on top of the covers so I would not disturb anything in the mattress. I had to kill 2 bugs and there was a big dead water bug in the bathroom. I was up at 6 that morning looking for a better stay. There was no way I could endure another night.”

“We got there and it looked nice on the outside, but it looks like it hasn’t had maintenance in years. Everything is broken or cracked or peeling from the carpet to the ceiling. The inside smells terrible, and theres no noise control. The room was spacious, but the AC was damaged and inconsistent, the pillows were lumpy or brick hard and the “blanket” was a dollar store fleece blanket in between 2 sheets. And theres cockroaches:)”
