“Great location ”

“We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”

“Dirty, nasty, disgusting. Staff was rude and the parking lot was shady. Everything was filthy and people were doing inappropriate things with each other on the elevator as it opened in front of my 9 year old granddaughter. Never, NEVER again”

“I was on the 2nd floor and It was a nice quiet hotel. I dint hear people yelling or running up and down the halls. Theres a pond out front you can feed the turtles. They swim up to you looking for food.”

“Property was clean and gorgeous! Heated pool was amazing! Price of drinks was very high. $45 for two pina coladas! There was not enough staff for the bar area and the Brewer's marketplace area. Both were left unattended for stretches of time leaving patrons standing around.”

“After a 6-hour drive, my stay began with a frustrating check-in. The night clerk’s communication was unclear and dismissive. I was asked to step aside, then called back without explanation, and later handed paperwork with no guidance after returning from my car when tap-to-pay wasn’t accepted. Dining that evening raised concerns as well. My 3 year old child was given fries with sriracha ketchup without any warning, despite saying he was hungry. He kept saying they were spicy, and the server……

“We were greeted at the front desk with Tasha. She is the nicest, friendliest most helpful person. The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful as well. We also frequented Scooby's where the staff was very friendly too.”

“We had a great stay celebrating our anniversary. Very clean. Hot water and pressure was great for the shower. Full kitchen was nice to have and didn’t drive up the cost of the room. Pools and hot tubs were nice and well maintained. Easy access to the beach and parking. Definitely would stay here again.”
