「The condo is older but well maintained. We were a family of 6 and stayed comfortably in our 2 bedroom unit. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Loved the screened in deck overlooking the marsh. Having teenagers, the location was great being a short walk to the beach and Garden City pier. Also, loved that the boys could fish off the private Seawatch boardwalk. We'll definitely stay there again and recommend to friends. 」

「The perfect size and location for a few days away for some Fun n the Sun before school starts back. Convenient to The Worlds Best Ever hotdogs (TRUE). The pool was perfect big and clean. Music from the Garden City Pier kept all of Us Entertained and in an upbeat atmosphere. The Condo was just Absolutely Amazing. Very clean and perfectly stocked with Your essentials. 「Scott was the most accommodating host I have ever come across. Responses were almost immediate from little to big questions. He was extemely helpful. This was the perfect visit for us as we have littles and the 30 second walk to the beach made it easy to come and go throughout the day. No hesitations to recommend this to anyone who is on the fence. You wont regret your stay here.
