"We had a terrible experience. We went to check in for our reserved room at Hotel La Noire. at 3:00 pm . After signing in and paying the city tax, the reservation clerk told us our room was not at the property.. She had a key, led us out the front door , across the canal to a different street in a seedy neighborhood to a building with a pizza parlor underneath where she pointed our room would be.

"The location of this property is perfect for visiting historic Delft with easy walking access to the main square. The views from the balcony of the old and new churches we wonderful. We prepared several meals in the well-stocked kitchen and found grocery stores to be a short walk. The unit was spotless when we arrived and the remote check in process was simple. BizStay provided all of the necessities and the front office staff is very approachable and helpful. Compared to our lodging in Bruges and Amsterdam, these apartments in Delft were a notably better value."
