"I needed a room the night before my reservation and the owner had one single room he rented me at the last mnute, I would have been stranded without his help. The next day he arranged for me to get in my reserved room at 12:30 instead of 4 PM as I had no where to spend the interfening hours and was suffereing from altitude illness and dehydration. He went above and beyond to help me."

"My kids and I loved this hotel! Only downfall was no AC but it gets pretty cold at night so I would put the fan in the window to get the nice cool breeze in our room to cool it which worked perfectly and I kept the blinds closed during the day. The pool and spa were really nice as well, the bricks do need to be cleaned up from weeds though. Otherwise plenty of seating in the pool area and they do provide towels. They give you a parking pass for your vehicle and you can ride the lift right next to the hotel to wherever you would like to go which is pretty cool. All in all we had a pretty great time here. I would definitely recommend this place and go here again. "
