「As a tourism hotel I would expect that the staff speak some English.. however there was only ONE person who works here that speaks English, and she was almost never around. There was a lot of confusion and misinformation due to lack of communication. I understand I’m in a non English speaking country but at a hotel in this scale it’s not acceptable that NO ONE speaks English. It’s not really worth the price seeing how disorganized everything is there. One of the staff members made me cry because...
