Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

Everything you see on the picture is different from what's the apartment look like. No AC or fan. The bed is different from what's on the picture, I couldn't sleep and I had to go book another hotel and left same day because the heat is unbearable and he opened all the windows that allow flies and mosquitoes to enter the apartments, no towel in the bathroom and everything look unkempt, I will not recommend it. That's why he said no refundable but I will get my money back from my bank anyway because that's a scam. The service is so poor. Poor communication, I was stranded at the apartment for 4 hours with no access code and nothing. I will get my money back. I did not sleep in the apartment.
