“Super convenient place to stay when waiting for a plane that leaves later at night. The owner of the property was very welcoming and accommodated us even though we showed up on the wrong day! They have a shuttle that can pick you up and drop you off at the airport. I would definitely stay again. ”

“This is a delightful, welcoming and serene guest house located high on the hillside above Puna'auia, just south of Papeete, with a view of Moorea in the distance. My only note of caution would be the challenging, sometimes rough and very steep drive to the property but the way is well marked. The breakfast is fantastic and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend for those looking for a quiet, laid back experience. ”

“Tucked down a suburban alleyway between a petrol station and a supermarket, Tea Tahiti is an unpretentious guesthouse, but it has everything you need – walking distance from the port and city centre; friendly, helpful staff; simply decorated rooms with air conditioning, comfortable beds, ensuite bathroom, fridge, microwave, kettle and utensils; outdoor furniture and a swimming pool; onsite car hire and transfers. “Simply amazing, we had an Ocean View Bungalow for just the one night (if we had the time we would have loved to have stayed longer). Private beach, swimming pool, comfortable bed and so private, we felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. Highly recommend for couples or people like us who have spent weeks at sea and instead of staying overnight in Papeete on our Cruise Ship opted to rent a car and see the the real Tahiti. Loved it. ”

“My hosts spoke only French - No English. Luckily another guest was multi lingual and was able to translate for me. Breakfast was quiet nutritional with a continental slant. The view from the property was beautiful and relaxing. Jean-Pierre (My host) was incredibly accommodating although communicating was interesting when we were alone sans translator. ”
