“Minor issues with check in and heat ”

“Check in was easy and really convenient location for a wedding venue at the golf course which was walking distance. Place was far from the posted pictures with thread bare throw rugs and low quality thrift store type of furnishings. Kitchen was well stocked but all drawers and cabinets were a complete mess. Primary bedroom smoke detector was on a window ledge vs in its proper mount and late afternoon another upstairs unit started beeping low battery. Garage was a complete mess and we had to……

“Everything was perfect and great location to everything .”

“Great host. Quite neighborhood. We access to the private beach within walking distance.There were lots of additional items included; board games, flashlight, fan, and even a propane grill.”

“This was first time in the area, We had most wonderful stay at hodge podge lodge. The house was beautiful and sparking clean, well organized and have everything what we needed for stay. It located in nice neighborhood near soda spring ski resort. The house was warm and cozy , heater was good , wood stove was nice touch with plenty of firewood supplies. The bedroom was spacious and beds were comfortable. It was big plus to have easy in and out drive way to the house. We definitely recommend……

“Lazy Bear Lodge is a great West Shore place for summer activities; ideal for spending days at Meeks, Chambers, or heading up to float the Truckee. Kitchen had everything we needed. The front seems pretty hemmed in by the neighbors but the back of the property opens up to the woods. We got to see a bear and her two cubs roll past one evening which was exciting for the kids. At the time of our visit, there was some construction next door but I can't fault the property for that. The downstairs……

“Super cozy, tiny cabin nestled in a tiny cabin community near many other rental properties, campgrounds and RV Parks. Of all available, I am so thankful we booked here! Having two big dogs, the yard was perfect!It’s a great option for a stay if you’re planning on being out frequently as there is not much space inside to separate!If I didn’t travel to Tahoe regularly, perhaps I’d consider this more of a value regarding the nightly fee, I would pay up to 150 a night to stay here but not more……

“Arrived late to our VRBO, found cleanliness to be poor. Listing was listed a no pets, found pet and human hair throughout, however worst was all the bedding, sheets and pillows. Housekeeping did come with fresh sheets at 10pm. Management had no consideration to even a partial refund, or moving us to another room. Communication slow and non accommodating. Not sure why they couldn't at lease remove my cleaning fee, when it wasn't cleaned before we arrived. ”
