Great location
Garden Hotel is always a pleasant place to stay. It’s near some great restaurants and close to Taichung Park. It’s always clean and friendly!

Great spot in the centre of the city
I always enjoy staying at the Garden Hotel. Always friendly, clean, and professional, without extra fuss. I like that’s it’s in the center of a good food street as well.

Just Avoid Rooms at the Back
The hotel is very close to train station and within an easy walk of many shops and restaurants. It is new and clean. The one problem is that all the water pipes for the hotel seem to run through the paper thin walls of the room in which I stayed (at the rear of the building on the 5th floor). I was woken by screeching water pipes from the last person to shower at night and the first person to shower in the morning. A very noisy room, especially in the morning when many people are taking showers.

Location, location but disappointing accpmmodation
3 weeks and 10 different hotels around Taiwan. All have been pleasant, some great value, but this cost most and was disappointing. Staff were welcoming and location is close to rail station and some sights, but bedroom/bathroom were small, floors were not swept/cleaned,and there was no refrigerator. No breakfast included, not even a hotel restaurant! You also easily hear noises from adjacent rooms. Not good value for money. Disappointing ending to a visit to a lovely country with lovely people...

Great Find in Central Taichung
The hotel was clean, with friendly reception staff. The room was extremely comfortable, had everything I needed, and was quiet for sleeping. The hotel was centrally located in a great food zone with lots of diverse restaurants to choose from.

The location is near by the train station. It only takes five to ten minutes to get to the train station. There are a lot of bus station which lead to everywhere you may want to go.

Friendly Staff, Room too small, can hear ppl talk
Female staff was very friendly, she worked in the rmonign afternoon shift. At night when we checked in , we were attended by the male staff, very friendly too. Let us use their phone to call my another hotel to check with them about my bookings. The previous night when stayed at KDM hotel, they told us to pay 88 twd for 3 minutes call. Pros: Good Location (5 min walk from taichung raiway station), Friendly Staff, Clean Room, wifi super good, water pressure good and get hot easily Cons: Room small 13m2, can hear next door shower and bath and talk

Great hotel for the cost!
My mom and I went back to Taiwan after her father died to take of his estate. The hotel was VERY clean and the staff was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly! We shared a room with a queen size bed. The hotel and room were a little small but very modern and contemporary and CLEAN! We stayed for a week and will definitely come back to this hotel. The original hotel my mom wanted to stay at, Happy Star, was book. Then we saw that Happy star was right next door and we were happy that we didn't stay there. It didn't look as clean or as nice as Garden Hotel.

Walking distance to the train station
Friendly receptionist. Room a bit too small, toilet door is semi-translucent. Not an idea hotel if staying with friends. Good location, walking distance to yi zhong jie. There was a big cockroach in the room during one of the day we stayed, we called reception and they immediately send their housekeeping to remove it. Overall a pleasant stay in this hotel.

Lovely staff, easy to find and we'll located to get to the bus stations and train station.a lot of restaurants in the area. Rooms are small but clean and well maintained. Staff were very keen to help in anyway even those who didn't speak any English.

The room has good value for price. It’s cleanness is good. This room does not have A shower curtain. It is ok to have a shower and toilet in one same bathroom but I want at least a shower curtain. The toilet and the floor got wet. Outside is very noisy from early morning. I could not sleep on Sunday morning. Also, it’s wall is very thin. All noises from other rooms come in. Lastly, internet speed is slow.

房間偏小，房間內沒有冰箱。 隔音差，走廊有人說話及關門都會很大聲，另外隔壁或樓上洗澡時，水聲都超級大。 整天住宿感覺不好。

王*宇先生您好，客房空間及設施在前台皆有詳細說明，房內也有免費提供耳塞改善輕微噪音，您隔天10:00外出時除了再次向您致歉外，旅店主動將剩餘晚數升等房型，您請助理回絕，旅店又再進一步與平台溝通，將原訂無法退款政策改為退一半房費。是的，新進人員在尚未完整熟悉公司環境前，第一時間歇回應內容不盡理想，旅店欣然接受您的反饋。結果雖未如您所要求全額退款，但團隊的努力您若肯給予機會，感受未必會相同。

街のど真ん中にあり、便利なホテルです。しかし、3泊しましたが、部屋の掃除が一度もありませんでした。確認したら、掃除はしないとのことでした。
