It was great deal, breakfast was not included but you can pay for it for extra 350 NTD if not then you can always order from Uber or any food location! But overall it was good, a bit far from the city but worth it!

Bad food. Good room.
Everything was quite good except for the food. We chose this hotel because there were several good reviews for the buffet breakfast. In fact breakfast was horrible. Eggs were cold, most items were overcooked,and all very poor quality.

Hotel was situated away from the main city. Taxi from Fengjia Market cost around NT$180. It is a 10min ride.

The front desk and bell hop were very helpful and courteous and gracious in their attitudes and actions. The bell hop apologized repeatedly for taking more than 10 minutes to bring our bag to our room. He also helped with getting taxis for us and giving us directions locally. The staff's attitudes made us feel at home and very welcomed.

Great hotel
Very nice hotel, we even stayed in the older building but it was remodeled and very comfortable. Front desk was very helpful, help yourself laundry service was great and even had complimentary laundry soap, our kids enjoyed the pool and sauna. Workout room was great too. Breakfast buffet was superb and the hotel restaurant served delicious food for an evening meal. Also housekeeping cleaned our room everyday in the morning, never got behind even though hotel was fully booked. We stayed there for 5 nights and staff was so friendly and kind. Can't say enough good things about our stay!

We ended up in the ugly old wing with terribly rude local floor- mates which illustrated the poor insulation of the rooms. The elevator “ding” still reverberates in my head further showing the quality of sound-proofing in the old rooms. Paid for 3 people and only had supplies for 2. Call 1. Pre-requested feather-free room. The request wasn't understood. Call 2. ¼ full roll of toilet paper left in room for 3 people. Call 3. It was replaced with a ¾ full roll and no extra roll was left. Room is a bit shabby; carpet is disgusting (slippers provided thankfully). Breakfast ends at 0930- contrary to what you're told. Don't bother unless you want salad or congee as the rest of the dishes are truly awful. Not many other eating options really close by day or night. Location is terribly inconvenient to the rest of the city. Had hoped for the newer wing, but... For this price, I would NOT stay here again.

有申請電動車充電，可是櫃檯忘記告訴說要再去櫃臺取卡片，而且沒有像上次住宿的時候.有先留車位編號知道停哪個位置.這是需要改進的.另外房卡不能使用等待服務員上來時間大概要快到5分鐘

舒適的旅店
飯店較老舊，旁邊建了新館並由3樓空橋連結，停車場位於新館地下室，大廳也位於新館，舊館主要作為住宿客房。客房雖老舊但整理蠻乾淨的，床也很好睡。

本次入住品臻樓，一切都還可，只是地毯好像用久了感覺比較沒有那麼乾淨整潔，這部分若能改善會更好. 餐廳早餐的部分，粥跟湯都有熱呼呼的頗得我心，只是菜色較少沒有很熱也比較普通，應該有一些在地特色料理會更佳

期待夏天再來
飯店的早餐很豐富還不錯吃、有浴缸可以泡澡很不錯，可惜是冬天不然很想到他們頂樓的游泳池游泳呢！期待夏天再來期待今年的夏天能夠再來這裡住宿渡假游泳，很感恩這次的房間有升級兩大床住起來真的挺舒適的！很可惜地板是用地毯！房間的裝潢桌子比較傳統飯店的感覺！

糟糕的設備，糟糕的服務
1.房間隔音很差，可以聽到隔壁和對面房間講話聲 2.設備老舊，晚上關燈睡覺需要各個開關去關閉（檯燈/桌燈/壁燈/房間燈/電視櫥櫃燈），沒有總開關 3.浴室有設置乾濕分離，但是沖澡的隔間漏水，沖澡的水會流出來整個浴室容易跌倒 4.房間門底下沒有密合，走廊和隔壁或是對面房間說話聲音可以聽的一清二楚 5.雙人床是兩張單人床拼出來，中間有明顯的落差（飯店業者也無事先溝通） 6.停車指引和登記入住都沒有人員指引，完全需要自己去詢問哪裡停車和辦理入住

隔音非常差。 隔壁房半夜洗澡，音量很大聲。然後馬達運轉聲音轟隆轟隆作響近一個小時。 一早又被隔壁房的morning call 吵醒，真的快精神崩潰！完全沒法休息。
