Pros: has all the basic amenities and supplies you need in the room; stand shower and bath tub; spacious room; convenient location with lots of restaurants and shopping in the area; less than 1 minute walk to Zhongxiao Dunhua MRT station Cons: the building is a little old but clean; can only use the microwave when there are staff working on the 4th floor to microwave for you; cannot flush toilet paper down the toilet; not as soundproof- the hallway music that they play during the day is very loud and annoying which can be heard inside the room; elevator is slow and at times a long wait

The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. We booked the room expecting two double beds as per the booking description but was told at check in that it was 2 single beds. We needed window room but they could not offer us one and didn’t tell us when they gave us a family room. When we asked for help with the current situation, they said they couldn’t do anything and if we wanted to refund the room, they will gladly do so. We travelled from Vancouver to Taiwan and this was the kind of service a hotel would offer??? We highly recommend to not book this hotel
