Comfortable and clean stay.

Great stay. Very clean room and it was nice to have a Japanese style shower and toilet. We loved the self-serve laundry. The beds were a little harder that we would like but overall comfortable. The buffet was a little bit sparse.

朝食時スタッフがお皿の回収が早くて、食べ終わったらと同時に持って行かれるから落ち着いて 食べれない。急かされてる感じ。 ランドリールームが狭すぎて一人入ってたら その方が作業が終わるまで中に入れない。 部屋はとても綺麗　廊下に置いてある水も自由に飲んでいいのは助かりました。

日本人の宿泊客が5割くらい、設えも日本準拠で使いやすい。 周辺も公園やドンキホーテなどもあり、夜遅くまで楽しめる。 エレベーターは3台あるものの、ボタンが個別なので、無駄に止まる階が多い。 スタッフはみんなテキパキして日本語英語が通じるので助かる。

どこへ行くにも便利な駅で駅近 駅の中もすぐに電車に乗ることが出来た 日系ホテルなので受付スタッフは日本語を話すことができて助かりました 清掃員さんもフレンドリーで好印象でした ガイドブックなどが置いてある休憩スペースがとても良かったです お風呂の湯船のゴム部分に少量のカビがあったことと、枕のうちひとつだけ生乾き臭のように臭かったこと、受付が混雑していない時間に受付スタッフへ私が質問したこと（有名基礎化粧品が百貨店に売っているかどうかだけ）の回答がいまいちだったことが、こちらのホテルの普段の宿泊費より割高な時に泊まった者としては少しだけ残念に感じました 美味しく飲める飲料水が飲み放題なのも良かったです

日本の会社が運営しているだけあり、スタッフは日本語完璧ですし、部屋の設備も日本ライクです。トイレバス別だし、ウォシュレットもちゃんとあります。日本人の宿泊客もたくさんいますし、リーズナブルなので、日本人には大変オススメです。 またホテルのそばに小さな飲食店が立ち並ぶ通りがあったり、ビルの真向かいに朝食にちょうどいい店があったり、食事の面から見てもなかなか良いです。 機会があればまたぜひ利用したいです。 Since this hotel is operated by a Japanese company, the staff speak perfect Japanese and the room facilities have a Japanese hotel style. The toilet and shower-bathroom are separate, and of course there’s washlet(bidet toilet). There are so many Japanese guests that you can feel safe and the price is reasonable, so I highly recommend this hotel for Japanese travelers. There is a street lined with small restaurants near the hotel, and a nice place for breakfast right across the building, so it’s also quite good for who want to enjoy local foodsl. I would definitely like to stay here again if any chance.

日本人で一人で利用しました。ホテルは駅から一本道で近くフロントは日本語が通じて安心しました。お部屋はスーツケースが開けられる広さで、お風呂は洗い場と浴槽があり入浴剤も付いていて、リラックスできました。お水も大きいペットボトルが置いてあり無くなったらエレベーターの横から補充できます。チェックインの時間帯にはレストランが開放されていてドリンクやお煎餅もいただけました。清掃も日中部屋に居た時間もあったので２日に１回の清掃で問題なかったです。タオルやパジャマは毎日補充してくれます。ホテルの近くには観光スポットの華山1914があり、ちょうどイベントもやっていて楽しみました。食事も周りのローカル店が早朝から夜まで営業しているので困りませんでした。コンビニもセブン２軒ファミマ１軒がすぐあります。４日間滞在しまして、とても快適に過ごせました。また機会がありましたら利用させていただきます。
