Stylish and elegant hotel with amazing communal hot springs bathhouse. It had absolutely everything what I wanted from the stay at Beitou.

Very enjoyable stay. Lovely hotel. Near tourist attractions. Front desk staff was extremely helpful. Helped to find and print bus route for my day trip to Xiaoyewkeng. Room has private bath for hotspring.

I am sure will come back to stay again:)
Room is nice and cleaned.Perfect for solo, may be a bit small for couple, I liked the shower size most. I should mentioned that the front desk staffs are super great, they gave services whenever you needed. Breakfasts are almost the same everyday, they provide Western and Chinese styles, so don't miss it.

Customer service literally don’t exist and reception service and staff were not proactive.However,the breakfast was decent and kitchen staff are really polite and provide good service.In any case,I won’t stay here again because it isn’t cheap yet service and experience is not matching to its price

整體配套差，完全沒有站於住客角度思考。例如 透明厠所!? 不知所謂!插頭在冲涼花椰淋浴旁邊…，熱水瓶旁沒有插頭…，沒有雪櫃…。 不會建議選擇，也不會再選擇光臨。

A little gem in Beitou
A very new and tastefully designed hotel to enjoy your own hot spring at the comfort of your own room! Breakfast isnt buffet style but you get to choose between english(eggs toast) or chinese(porridge) style, most importantly its delicious!

廁所是清玻璃間隔，縱使跟丈夫同行，但都不太自在，而且經常有煙味，未知是否經通風系統傳來。洗面台在淋浴區內，即使入內洗手都要光著腳行入濕地。

Cleanliness : All the stuff in the hotel is tidy Ease of visit : We didn’t drive and it was very easy for us to explore around as the location of the hotel is not far away from the city, just around 10 minutes walk. Food : Tasty breakfast Service : The staff was nice

員工盡責, 我住的附有私人湯屋, 剛巧打風, 可以浸浴一整天, 很舒服, 床也很舒適乾淨, 可是杯有咖啡漬, 沒有冰箱, 另外沒有SPA或MASSAGE, 少許可惜.

環境很乾淨,有電梯,早餐尚可,工作人員非常好,雖然提早一小時到達,馬上就安排進房,感受很好. 大眾池很讚,備品一應俱全,距離景點和吃飯步行即可到達,非常方便. 但是,入住時間18:00,真得太晚了,出去吃個飯逛一圈回來,大眾池就關閉了.希望將入住時間提早,就完美了
